Civil works at Alpine Commercial Estate started in April 2026 and are scheduled to run for around six months. Titles are expected in Q4 2026.

Three lots have already been secured ahead of titles. The remainder are still available, with current pricing and availability provided on request.

Earthworks, drainage, internal road construction, and services across all 23 lots.

Why now matters

Two of the lots have over 60 metres of frontage to Tone Road (Lots 1 and 23). Tone Road is the main arterial into the Wangaratta CBD, and frontage of that quality is rare in this market. Once those two are sold, that’s it for the estate.

The balance of the lots range from around 2,000 square metres up, suited to owner-occupiers needing a yard, a shed, and a clean title to build on. Buyers who commit before titles register secure current pricing. Once works are complete and titles issue, remaining stock typically moves faster and pricing tends to adjust.
